Mindfulness, Meditation & Journaling

 

Drop in on ZOOM any Sunday in October and November 2025 from 1:00 to 2:00 pm PST.

In today’s world, there’s so much coming at us that even everyday tasks can start to feel overwhelming. These simple mindfulness practices can help soften the edges and bring a bit more ease into daily life.

​

In these sessions, we’ll explore how to meditate both on our own and together in a circle. We’ll also use journaling as a way to reflect on our experiences and deepen our mindfulness practice.

You’ll learn how to bring mindfulness to your body, mind, and breath and develop a daily meditation routine. Each week, we’ll focus on a different aspect of meditation while enjoying the support and connection of practicing in community.

Journaling will complement and enrich this process, helping you gain insight and clarity along the way. No prior experience with meditation or journaling is needed—you’ll be welcomed into a safe, supportive space to gently explore both.
